Wyser is the international company of the Gi Group that develops the recruitment and specialized selection of middle and senior level personnel. We are part of Gi Group, one of the leading international companies in services dedicated to the development of the labor market.
This professional will be the Head of Sales of a multinational company, in cosmetics sector. This position will report to the Iberia Commercial Director.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop the different brands strategic guidelines and execute it within the agreed budget to maximize value creation and growth for the company and the customers;
- Full Area P&L accountability;
- Overall negotiation with clients: trade agreements, brands visibility at POS, promotion plan according company strategy;
- Lead national sales team;
- Implement strong forecasting routine;
- Implement 360 promotional campaigns in line with the brands strategy;
- Strong collaboration with the marketing, supply and finance teams;
- Monitor contribution to the area sales team target and offer gap closing alternatives.
Required Profile:
- Bachelors degree;
- +10 years of experience and +3 years leading sales teams;
- Experience in beauty/cosmetics industry or luxury retail;
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and efficient communication skills;
- Capacity to build and engage teams quickly and effectively;
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish (desirable).
