We are currently recruiting a Payroll & Administrative Manager for a Shared Service Centre. This professional will be responsible for several scopes such as payroll, employee data management & administration and all transactional HR activities for different regions and countries.


- Active participation in the design of operating policies to manage operational activities (e.g., business continuity plan, procedure changes);
- Setting and driving the annual budget and financial planning process;
- Defining and implementing a strategy that will aim to improve operational performance;
- Ensuring compliance to standard processes and secure delivery to agreed SLA’s;
- Supervision of payroll: validation and control of information for different countries;
- Supporting contract & management of payroll vendors;
- Supporting in setting performance objectives and compensation package of its direct reports;
- Collaborating with all areas of HR to ensure the development of internal partnerships that will contribute to maximize business goals achievements.


- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related areas;
- Previous experience of at least 8 years in a similar role and or environment;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- People oriented: leading, inspiring and knowledge sharing;
- Self-starter: energetic, creative and change oriented.
