Wyser is the international company of the Gi Group that develops the recruitment and specialized selection of middle and senior level personnel. We are part of Gi Group, one of the leading international companies in services dedicated to the development of the labor market.
Our client is an International Company, located in Lisbon, and is hiring a Product&Fleet Manager (M/F) for their team.
Main responsibilities:
• Manage and guide the client product’s strategy and vision, providing direction on new product concepts and overall product line vision, to thrill customers and capture the market;
• Proactively interface with the client country’s offices and customers to understand and collect market requirements;
• Develop and report market research and competitive intelligence;
• Provide product roadmap based on market requirements, competitive situation, business case and technology availability;
• Coordinate product delivery with Project Management to match market requirements and user needs, alongside creating plans that will effectively and efficiently introduce new features to the market;
• Make sure the client excels by delivering the solutions required by customers, with excellent interface usability;
• Help Technical Writers with the necessary documentation on the less known operations in the client;
• Help improve the client’s usability and performance by defining which areas needed to be improved.
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Management;
• 4+ years of product management experience in Software products;
• Previous experience in SaaS and/or Telematics/Fleet Management projects is an advantage;
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Excellent written communication (Advanced English is required);
• Proven technical aptitude to understand and work with software interfaces;
• Ability to travel on business domestically and internationally as required.
