Wyser is the international company of the Gi Group that develops the recruitment and specialized selection of middle and senior level personnel. We are part of Gi Group, one of the leading international companies in services dedicated to the development of the labor market.


Our client is a world leader in high-technology heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions and is currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner (M/F) to work for a dynamic and global team, and be based in Lisbon.


Main responsibilities:

· Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles;

· Sourcing Candidates, using a variety of tools and channels to develop a pipeline of qualified Candidates;

· Recruitment agency management for designated geography (German-speaking area / multi-country);

· Facilitating the Interview and selection processes;

· Ensuring quality shortlists are prepared and delivered in a timely manner;

· Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning and job specification;

· Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system / data updated;

· Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives;

· Participating in market mapping projects and leading Employer Branding initiatives;

· Leading and participation at relevant recruitment events (Universities, professional schools, job fairs, etc).


Main requirements:

· Experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes;

· Expertise in Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching);

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

· Experience in recruiting for technical, engineering or manufacturing roles for the Benelux market is desirable;

· Business fluency in English + another relevant European language (French), both spoken and written;

· Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases and ATS;

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

· Consultative recruitment, detail-oriented approach.
