As the recruitment partners of an American multinational company, that operates in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, we are currently recruiting a Fixed Assets Specialist to join their Shared Services Center in Lisbon.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver services in accordance with agreed Service Level, Controls and Governance;
• Maintain professional and detailed process documentation such as global SOPs, Regional Work Instructions in coordination with the AtR Global Process Owner;
• Perform period end activities such as creation/approval of manual journal entries, currency revaluation, Accrual engine, recurring entries;
• Global shared services Knowledge is a plus;
• Balance sheet / P&L reconciliation in PBI tool;
• Support in the preparation of financial statements (Balance sheet / Income statement);
• Participates in internal and external audit and special projects.

Skills:

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Accounting, Management or similar;
• Experience between 1 and 4 years, acquired in similar tasks;
• Advanced user of MS Office (especially Excel);
• User knowledge of SAP R/3 (Valued: experience with SAP S/4 HANA);
• Experience in Shared Services Centre is a plus;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Effective business writing and professional communication skills;
• Availability to travel.
