As the recruitment partners of Air Liquide in Portugal we are currently recruiting a Lean/Continuous Improvement Project Manager to join their Europe Business Services Centre located in Algés and Tomar.

This position will be in charge of day-to-day activities associated with supporting the Continuous Improvement operations and mindset in the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Finance projects implementation and teams coordination with the different stakeholders
  • Plan and oversee projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
  • Manage project resources and monitor progress by keeping the stakeholders informed through project & steering committees
  • Support teams in identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Support dissemination of Continuous Improvement mindset in the organization

Main Skills:

  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Finance, Management, Economics or similar;
  • Project Manager experience (> 4 years)
  • Lean / & Sigma experience (> 3 years)
  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Fluent in English
  • Project Management Certification would be a plus
  • Experience in Shared Services Centre is a plus;
  • Experience in external tool implementation across different scopes;
