Wyser is the recruitment partner of a world-leading company that ranks among the best Employers worldwide. Currently we are supporting them in the creation of a Shared Service Centre (SSC) focused on Human Resources. This SSC will start their activity in Portugal during 2022.


We are currently recruiting a HR Country Relationship Specialist that will report directly to the HR Shared Service Centre Head. This person will be the lead and first point of contact for all key customer matters, in order to ensure that service performance expectations are met, that the whole partner relationship is strong and that is delivered the best customer and employee experience.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing a complete understanding of the country background, business, challenges and needs;
  • Understanding customer process and be involved in its changes while endorsing improvement and change initiatives within the coordination of project;
  • Promoting the resolution of the key customer issues and complaints, acting as an escalation point for issues at a country level;
  • Supporting in the harmonization of policies and procedures within the SSC and proposing improvements;
  • Working with team members from other departments to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered and all client needs are met;


Main Skills:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or other Social Sciences;
  • Experience in Human Resources environment (in shared services environment will be considered a plus and/ or multi-national/ multi-cultural organization);
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and customer focused environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people including managers, executives, business partners and subject matter experts from various countries, cultures and business levels;
  • Experience in Workday and/ or Service Now will be considered a plus;
  • Full proficiency in English (mandatory);
  • Availability to travel when possible and necessary.
