As the recruitment partners of Air Liquide in Portugal we are currently recruiting a Employee Data Management Specialist: German Speaker to join their Europe Business Services Centre located in Algés and Tomar.

This position will be in charge of day-to-day activities associated with performing transactional and administrative tasks related to employee personal and job data changes.

Main Responsibilities:

Mobility:

• Responsible for the expatriates’ portfolio throughout the expatriation lifespan;
• Calculation of compensation packages for expatriates. Ensure accuracy of the documentation (assignment letter, extension letter, etc.) and accuracy of the information in the different systems;
• Act as point of contact for the expatriate, several departments and clients;

Reporting & Data Management:

• Operational and analytical report building using data;
• Ensuring employee and organization data integrity and compliance;
• Managing processes connected with the onboarding of new employees, transfers, expats and employee changes including data entry, administration, personnel file creation and other transactions as needed;
• Ensuring the departments/teams are correct and updated in the HR systems and make appropriate updates in a timely manner;
• Supporting employees and field questions and provide the appropriate guidance or direction to the employee.

Main Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any other relevant field, such as Degree in Human Resources Management other Social Sciences;
• Previous experience in an HRIS or HR support role is a plus (in shared services environment will be considered a plus);
• Previous experience with ServiceNow; and/or Workday (is a plus);
• Strong organizational and time-management skills;
• Full proficiency in German and English (mandatory).
