Wyser is the recruitment partner of a world-leading company that ranks among the best Employers worldwide. Currently we are supporting them in the creation of a Shared Service Centre (SSC) focused on Human Resources. This SSC will start their activity in Portugal during 2022.


We are currently recruiting a HR Support Specialist that will be in charge of day-to-day activities associated with supporting employees, managers and HR with their questions related to HR policies, tools and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating the processing of incoming tickets to ensure timely and effective resolution of enquiries, incidents and requests according to the agreed service levels;
  • Leading, coordinating and allocating incidents and requests that require urgent attention;
  • Identifying trends in incidents and services requests raised for continuous improvement consideration;
  • Acting as an escalation point and provide coordination and support for the service desk team for high severity incidents;
  • Ensuring documentation of incident resolution for submission into the knowledge base.


Main Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any other relevant field, such as Degree in Human Resources Management other Social Sciences;
  • Previous experience in contact centre / service desk operations and service delivery environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to work with HR systems and processes efficiently and effectively;
  • Previous experience with ServiceNow; and/or Workday (is a plus);
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Full proficiency in English (mandatory).
