Wyser is the international company of the Gi Group that develops the recruitment and specialized selection of middle and senior level personnel. We are part of Gi Group, one of the leading international companies in services dedicated to the development of the labor market.

Our client is a multinational company focused in Logistics and Supply Chain that is know looking for a International Talent Acquisition (based in Lisbon) to be responsible for the recruitment for different geographies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and People Partners on end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a positive Hiring Manager and candidate experience always;
  • Serve as a credible Sparring partner for People Partners/HR Managers regarding talent attraction & acquisition, working on proactive recruitment forecasts with Hiring Managers;
  • Ensure that all relevant recruiting metrics are met or exceeded;
  • Identifying and maintaining relevant talent pools/ pipeline for the critical roles;
  • Staying updated with the external talent market and recruitment trends;
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our Employer Branding Strategy;
  • Identify improvement opportunities in recruitment processes and raise them.


  • Solid hands-on experience (4+ years) in managing end-to-end recruitment processes within a complex international organization;
  • Recruitment experience for both office-based and non-office based (frontline workers) particularly in the sector of transport & logistics, Supply Chain;
  • Candidate-centric mindset;
  • Forward thinking, agile and data-driven mindset and approach;
  • A proactive, ‘let’s get it done’ attitude geared towards continuous improvement;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Proven track record in a high volume environment;
  • Collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions;
  • Fluency in English, other language will be a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix and to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, clients and candidates.
