Job Description:

Wyser, a company within GI Group Holding, is a global player in Recruitment and Selection for Management & Leadership positions.

In partnership with a Client that is a global SaaS leader in fleet and mobility management, we are recruiting an Account Executive Manager.

This professional will be responsible for scaling and expanding our Client’s global business, overseeing end‑to‑end Sales Management — from Prospection through to Closing Deals.


Main Responsabilities:

  • Prospecting to acquire new Leads in the global Car Rental, Leasing and Car Subscription industries (database acquisition, participation in Trade Events, contact clients for referrals, etc.);
  • Reaching out to these new leads to turn them into Deals (Outbound Sales);
  • Get highly efficient into turning Deals into Sales (or Closed Deals);
  • Know how to map your prospects stakeholders (identifying you DMs, Champions and Influencers), identify USPs per Deal and draft a plan to close your Deal;
  • In a nutshell, manage your Sales from Prospection to Closed Deals;
  • Be able to lay out a strategy to reach your Annual Targets;
  • Proactively finding areas for sales processes optimization and improvements;
  • Working with the tech team to flag market specifics and propose improvements (new modules, functionalities and integrations);
  • To ensure the management of the sales team.


Profile:

  • +3 years of work experience in outbound sales;
  • Mandatory experience in SaaS, Tech, Software, or Mobility — with proven exposure to fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environments;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in English; proficiency in Spanish or French is an advantage;
  • Highly resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership in managing diverse deal cycles;
  • Eager to develop a deep understanding of the business and proactive in proposing and presenting new ideas.
