Wyser, a company within GI Group Holding, is a global player in Recruitment and Selection for Management & Leadership positions.
Our client is an international group operating across RegTech, Compliance Advisory and Financial Services, currently strengthening its global Marketing team with the hire of a Marketing Manager – Product & Content.
Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, this is a strategic Product Marketing role combining positioning, go-to-market execution and integrated B2B marketing across three complementary business entities operating in highly regulated international markets.
Working closely with Business Development, Product and Compliance specialists, you will translate complex regulatory and financial services topics into compelling commercial narratives, campaigns and sales enablement assets that drive measurable business impact.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define positioning, messaging, value propositions and ICPs across multiple products, brands and target audiences;
- Lead end-to-end Go-to-Market execution for product and service launches;
- Develop integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, webinars, events, email and partner channels;
- Drive cross-sell initiatives between advisory and technology services;
- Own the editorial and thought leadership strategy, creating executive content and regulatory-focused marketing assets;
- Collaborate with Product, Business Development and Compliance teams to translate technical concepts into commercially relevant messaging;
- Develop sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards and case studies;
- Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution, ensuring marketing supports commercial growth.
Profile:
- 5–8 years' experience in B2B Marketing within SaaS, RegTech, FinTech, Compliance or Financial Services;
- Strong Product Marketing experience, including positioning, value proposition development and Go-to-Market strategy;
- Experience launching products or services through integrated multi-channel campaigns;
- Ability to translate complex technical or regulatory topics into clear, compelling marketing messages;
- Experience working closely with Product, Sales and Subject Matter Experts;
- Strong copywriting and thought leadership capabilities;
- AI fluency and experience using AI tools to accelerate marketing execution;
- Fluent English is mandatory; Portuguese is a strong advantage.

Under Directive (EU) 2023/970, and in accordance with pay‑transparency obligations, the reference remuneration for this role corresponds to an indicative average gross annual salary of approximately €47,000.
