Wyser, a company within GI Group Holding, is a global player in Recruitment and Selection for Management & Leadership positions.

Our client is an international group operating across RegTech, compliance advisory, and financial services, currently strengthening its global marketing team with the hire of a Senior Marketing Manager – Product & Content.

This professional will play a key role in positioning, go-to-market execution, integrated campaigns, and thought leadership across three business entities operating in highly regulated international markets.

Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, he/she will work closely with commercial teams, compliance specialists, and senior stakeholders to translate complex regulatory and financial services topics into commercially impactful marketing initiatives.


This position will start as fully remote and will later transition to a hybrid model based in Porto.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positioning and messaging frameworks across multiple business entities and target audiences;
  • Lead go-to-market execution for product and service launches, ensuring alignment between positioning, messaging, channels, and sales enablement;
  • Develop and execute integrated multi-channel B2B campaigns across digital, events, webinars, partner channels, and email marketing;
  • Own the editorial and thought leadership calendar, producing long-form content, executive positioning pieces, and regulatory-focused marketing assets;
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and compliance specialists to transform technical topics into commercially relevant campaigns and content;
  • Support the Business Development team through pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and sales enablement materials;
  • Coordinate partner and association marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns and joint activations;
  • Track campaign and pipeline performance, ensuring marketing activity is connected to commercial outcomes.


Profile:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B Marketing, ideally within SaaS, RegTech, fintech, compliance, or financial services environments;
  • Strong experience in product marketing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy;
  • Hands-on experience managing integrated B2B campaigns across multiple channels;
  • Excellent content and copywriting capabilities, including thought leadership and long-form content production;
  • Ability to work closely with technical and regulatory subject matter experts;
  • Experience supporting sales teams through commercial and marketing collateral;
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced international environments;
  • AI fluency and ability to leverage AI tools as productivity accelerators;
  • Fluent English is mandatory; Portuguese is considered a strong advantage.
